An initial payment of $250.00 along with a filled out, signed, and returned rental agreement (emailed to you as a .pdf file) reserves your desired dates. The remainder rental is not due until you are 30 days out from your scheduled arrival date at which time all required access info will be forwarded.
Florida tax is 13%. A one time departure housekeeping fee of $80.00 is charged for all stays under 30 days. Security is EITHER a $500.00 refundable deposit or a valid credit card on file with an authorizing signature to use if needed. Neither will be charged if all is found well on post departure inspection.
